When Bethesda Game Studios showed off a mech-like spaceship on the Starfield Direct and announced it had been made with the in-game builder, the imagination of countless fans immediately raced to the possibility of remaking countless spaceships seen in movies, TV, and other games.
Now that the game is out (albeit only for owners of the $100 Premium Edition, as the full launch is scheduled for this Wednesday), content creator SpectreX Gaming has tested the shipbuilder available in Starfield.
There’s good news, as SpectreX Gaming was already able to remake several famous spaceships, starting with Han Solo’s iconic Millennium Falcon, as you can see below.
For a guide on how to recreate the Millennium Falcon in Starfield, check out this video released a few hours ago by YouTuber WiLLiSGaming.
SpectreX Gaming also remade an X-Wing, a Y-Wing, and a mini Star Destroyer from Star Wars, as well as ships from different sci-fi IPs such as the Milano from Guardians of the Galaxy, the Pelican from Halo, and the Bepop from Cowboy Bebop.
Lastly, the content creator recreated the Razor Crest from Mandalorian, although that video is only available on TikTok and requires your registration for viewing.
This is clearly just the beginning of Starfield’s shipbuilding potential, which modders will surely augment. For example, eanuWheeze already pushed two mods on Nexus that tweak the shipbuilder to improve its overlap tolerance, zoom faster and further, pan faster, rotate fast, decrease the snapping distance, and add more floors.
